Clinics and Camps
Clinics are typically single event sessions lasting 1-4 hours and have a particular triathlon or single sport focus, such as open water swimming, transitions, or running technique. Camps are usually multi-day and offer multiple training sessions, a variety of topics, partial or full training support, and have planned activities/topics throughout the day.
