TriKirk I:
Complete weekly training program (daily workouts), including strength-training component. Program workouts modified weekly if necessary. Unlimited email and occasional (biweekly) phone communication (usually up to the athlete), quarterly video analysis. All workouts through Training Peaks. Based on athlete's training and feedback, workouts are modified weekly if necessary. Great for remote and local athletes looking for a complete training program.

TriKirk II:
Complete weekly workouts and Strength Training Program. Program workouts modified daily if necessary. Unlimited email and unlimited phone communication, quarterly video analysis. All workouts through Training Peaks. I prescribe daily workouts, unique to each athlete, via Training Peaks, which includes strength-training component. Based on athlete's training and feedback, workouts are modified daily if necessary. Includes two monthly one-hour, one-on-one training sessions or swim/bike/run analysis. Great for local athletes looking for one-on-one training sessions, in addition to a complete training program.
