J&K (Jeremy and Kirk) Santa Clarita Youth and Adult Tri Clinics,
7/21 - 7/25, Santa Clarita, CA:

Coach Kirk and Coach Jeremy are offering a five-day triathlon instructional and interactive clinic for adults and youth July 21 - July 25, 2009.

In the adult clinic we will cover several topics including principles of training, racing strategies, nutrition, strength training, technique and form, brick training, and transitions, to name a few.  The youth clinic will focus more on learning the fundamentals of triathlon, practicing technique, and having fun!  The clinics are very affordable and offer top-notch instruction from USAT Certified Coach and Professional Triathlete, Kirk Nelson.  Please click here to learn more about times, location, pricing, and how to sign up!

TriKirk Coaching travels to Santa Clarita, CA area for clinic and Magic Mountain Man Half Iron Triathlon

Coach Kirk and new TriKirk Coaching Associate, Coach Eric, will be in the Santa Clarita, CA area 10/07 - 10/14 and will be offering a Transition/Brick Clinic 10/08 as well as 1-1 personal coaching sessions for swimming, biking, running, and general consulting 10/07 - 10/14.  While there, we will also be in action racing!  Come watch, race, or cheer us on at the Magic Mountain Man Half Iron Triathlon, 10/10 at Castaic Lake.  It offers a great, challenging bike course and should be a great event all-around!
