Personal Coaching provides complete flexibility through unlimited schedule adjustments, unlimited communication to allow for questions and encourage learning, discounted 1-1 personal training sessions, regular feedback, training zones and adjustments, nutritional strategies, and continuously refined training program to optimize athlete's training.

Personal Triathlon and Single-Sport Coaching includes the following:

Completely personalized training program.  We take the time to get to know you as an athlete.  Then, we create a program that addresses your specific weaknesses and strengths, taking into account your racing goals, available training time, life/work/social schedules, athletic background, and fitness levels.

Personalized instruction on mechanics, efficiency, form, and technique.  At TriKirk Coaching, we pride ourselves on being "masters of mechanics."  There are essentially three ways to get faster:  1.  Train more.  2.  Train smarter   3.  Become more efficient by improving your mechanics and technique.  
#1 requires more time, of which most age-group/amateur athletes are short on.
#2 requires a good coach and carefully designed, custom training program
#3 requires a good teacher of proper mechanics, but no additional training time, effort, or energy.

Unlimited communication with your coach.  This includes unlimited email, phone, text messaging, and skype calls.  We want to make sure you have the opportunity to visit with your coach to ask questions, make needed schedule adjustments, and learn as much as possible throughout your triathlon journey.  It's our goal to teach you the sport, from mechanics and technique, to nutrition, race strategy, recovery, and injury prevention.

Workoutlog.com account setup and monthly fee.  We link our Workoutlog Coaching account to your athlete account to set up and write your training program.  From here you can log each workout and include any data (such as Heart Rate, Power, or Pace) so we can review and follow your progress to make sure you are getting the most relevant workouts for your training needs and racing goals.
